Perform Properties' Santa Monica headquarters blends hospitality with functionality. A speakeasy, a library, and plenty of soft-seating workspaces are a few of the highlights. Our team worked to source vintage furniture, guide custom furniture fabrication, and hone workstation details in line with SkB Architect's design vision. We also accessorized the space with planters, art, tchotchkes, and over 100 books.
