LEED, WELL, Living Building Challenge, Fitwel certification - whatever target you're aiming for, our team can help align furniture specifications with your goals. We're constantly adding to our line-up of products that meet a variety of certification, recycled content, lead time, and price point needs.

Mithun's recent refresh of their office space included aiming to meet the Living Building Challenge and earn Fitwel certification. DeVorm's LJ2 PET Felt Stack Chair made from recycled plastic and steel with its ability to be recycled after use was a perfect fit for these goals. More of Pier 56 project here.

With the design of their new office space, Cushing Terrell worked to reuse furniture where possible which included the logistics of storage, moving, and install. The storage pedestals were refinished to match the updated color palette. Products like Hightower's FourCast Stacking Chairs, Cloak's Mercury rug, and Humanscale's Smart Ocean Task Chair fit the vision to include recycled materials where new furniture was needed.
